Cancellation and refund policy

Kiosk readings

If you paid but did not get your reading, you get a full refund. For example: the kiosk stopped part-way, the printer failed and no slip came out, or the reading never arrived.

• The kiosk records these cases itself, and we refund them without you having to ask.
• If you think you were missed, message us within 7 days with the date and time, the kiosk’s location, the amount, and the UPI reference number from your payment app (or the slip code, if a slip printed).
• If your slip prints badly, tap Print again on the screen. If the second print also fails, we refund you.

Once your reading has been shown and your slip has printed, it has been delivered, and we do not refund it: each reading is made for you and cannot be returned.

Daily lucky colour plan

The plan is paid once and cannot be cancelled for a refund once it is active, including if you stop the messages or withdraw your consent part-way. These cases are the exceptions:

• Money was taken but your plan was not activated: full refund.
• You were charged twice for the same order: the extra payment is refunded.
• We stop the service before your plan ends: we refund the unused days.
• We fail to send your message on some days: we add those days to the end of your plan.

Failed or pending payments

If your UPI app shows a failed payment but money left your account, we did not receive it. Your bank reverses it automatically under the Reserve Bank of India’s rules for failed transactions, within 5 working days for a payment to a merchant. If it has not come back by then, contact your bank or UPI app first, and then us.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the account or card you paid with, through Razorpay. We do not refund in cash.
• We start the refund within 2 working days of confirming it. Your bank then credits it, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• You get back the full amount you paid.
