Who we are

Palm Mystery is a service of Puran Concepts. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Puran Concepts, and "you" means the person using a kiosk or this website.

Readings are for entertainment

Palm readings, tarot readings, reports and the lucky colour and number are for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions to rely on, and they are not medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Please do not make important decisions based on them.

Readings are written with the help of language models from your palm photos, your cards or your birth details, so two readings of the same hand can differ.

Who can use it

Palm readings, reports and the lucky colour plan are for people aged 18 or over. Younger visitors may choose tarot at the kiosk with a parent or guardian, who makes the payment.

At the kiosk

• Prices are shown on the screen before you pay, in Indian rupees, including all taxes. The price on the screen is the price you pay.
• You pay by scanning the UPI QR shown on the kiosk screen, within the time shown beside it. Never pay through a printed QR sticker or a QR that someone else shows you.
• After payment the kiosk photographs your palm (palm readings) or uses the three cards you picked (tarot), shows your reading, and prints it on a paper slip. A session usually takes about two minutes.
• If your slip prints badly, you can print it once more from the screen.
• Please follow the on-screen steps, and do not open, damage or misuse the kiosk.

On the website

• The free detailed report is available once for each slip, using the code printed on it.
• The daily lucky colour plan costs ₹365 for 365 days, paid once. There is no auto-pay and no mandate: when the plan ends it simply stops, and we may remind you to renew.
• Plan messages are sent on WhatsApp at about 06:00 India time each day. Delivery depends on WhatsApp and on your phone; if a message does not reach you, ask us and we will send it again.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us.

Delivery

Everything we sell is a service delivered at the kiosk or online. Nothing is shipped. A kiosk reading is delivered on the spot, on screen and as a printed slip. A report is delivered as a web page, with its link on WhatsApp. The lucky colour plan starts at the next 06:00 India time after payment and is delivered on WhatsApp every day of the plan.

Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund policy sets out when you get your money back. In short: if you paid and the kiosk did not deliver your reading, you get a full refund; the lucky colour plan cannot be refunded once it is active.

Our content

The kiosk designs, readings, illustrations, slips and this website belong to Puran Concepts or to those who license them to us. You may keep, photograph and share your own slip and report for personal use. You may not copy our content for commercial use.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no automated requests, no attempts to get around our security or payments, and no use of someone else’s slip code or WhatsApp number.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the kiosks and the website working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. If something you paid for was not delivered, we will deliver it or refund what you paid for it, as the refund policy says.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay is the one that applies to that purchase.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first: most problems are solved with one message. If we cannot settle it, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office will decide it. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission.
